To help make your stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations At Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
- Internet
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Important Information
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 115 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The resort fee of USD 20 per night includes a variety of onsite activities and amenities, including Wi-Fi access, parking, RV/trailer parking, fitness centers, in-room safes, sports courts access, boarding pass printing, racquetball courts, lazy river, barbecue grills, pickleball, Activity Center, shuttle service, waterslides, and water aerobics. The breakfast included rates are for two people only no matter what room type you book.
